 My name is A.C. Ford, I'm currently confined at the Minnesota Correctional Facility Oak Park Heights. I have spent over three decades in prison and has witnessed firsthand how unfavorable it is to rehabilitate incarcerated individuals. In a perfect world, everyone would like for us to change, but refuses to make the necessary tools available to acquire this much needed change. I decided to find this change for myself, and succeeded. After making a full transformation of my mental, physical, and spiritual self, I realized that I had been holding myself back, my entire life. After discovering that I was the sole beneficiary of this change, I became conscious of my own struggles. I began conditioning myself to rid my mind of ignorance, folly, and misfortune. I have become responsible for myself, my family, and others. Now, I'm doing all I can to help others acquire this change.

When I finally discovered myself, I also discovered my true talents. One of them was writing. Being in this situation makes it difficult to gain access to real help. I went in search for someone to help me get my writings published. After finding this help I got my first book published. Although I appreciated the help from the person doing this for me, it was done incorrectly, I was overcharged, and the person helping me signed a bogus contract. I ended up receiving 20% of all proceeds. I decided that this would never happen to me ever again. I paid for the experience, and knowledge, so it wasn't a total loss.

I started over, and this time I decided to do it myself. This is when I created my own company, called Lost Tribe Inc. I've overcame all obstacles, struggles and hardships. Our company is in it's beginning stages, but with Gods blessings, our hard work and determination, we will continue to grow. These are some of the services our company offer. We write books, edit, publish, provide an online consulting class, sell books, clothing, and other items. My vision is to provide for myself, my family, and my community. As we grow there will be jobs offered to help employ those in need. I believe we can achieve this by being active in the process of building a business that embraces the mindset of people being a viable asset, rather than a liability.
